Short Term Rentals are not allowed. Minimal lease period is 90 days. Owners handle their own leasing arrangements through local property managers or realty companies. Search for listings in Venice FL area.
Lease Application (requires copy of owner/tenant lease) - This application must be submitted to the office by the owner of the unit that is leasing their unit. The office does not handle leases directly, owners do their own leasing. If you are wondering if units are available, check online sites such as Zillow, check local area realtor site and check local area rental agency's. The office does not have listings of rental units.
