Just two days shy of the two-year anniversary of Hurricane Ian, we got visited by Hurricane Helene.

 

It appears that the water did not reach into the buildings (from the ground up).  The rack line is about 20 feet away from the North and South buildings in the yard towards the beach.

 

But it did flood the pool and pool pit and left a lot of debris and sand in the pool.  It also destroyed the pool fence along the sea side.  As such, the pool and pool deck area is closed indefinitely as there is a lot of cleanup to do and the pumps are out of service.

 

Also a section of the carport on the north side of the East building blew away.  (the section along the office side of East building).  If your car is/was parked there, check for damage and contact report it to your personal car insurance carrier.  There are some pictures mixed in the photo album. The carport panels blew off that section and ended up in Alhambra Road.
