Mahjong
Monday, March 29th, 2027, 1pm to 3pm at South Building Activity Room
Mahjong is a fun and popular fast paced Chinese tile-based game. It is rumored to have been invented by Confucious himself. The game is based on skill, strategy and tactile deductions. It is said that mahjong means “Sparrows” in Chinese as the clattering of the moving tiles sounds like the “Clattering of Sparrows”. Research has shown that intense memory, strategy and calculation games help to keep your brain sharp. There is a group that meets in the South Building Activity room seasonally January through April. On Mondays and Fridays from 1 P.M. to 3 P.M. (or until finished). All Owners and Lessees are welcome to attend. Due to the limited size of the room be sure to check with the organizers about space availability. Organizers are Nancy Connors.
